As a Pharma Sales Manager, your role will focus on promoting and selling pharmaceutical products. You will work from our Vadodara office and collaborate closely with your team to achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Develop Sales Strategies:** Create effective sales plans to reach current clients and grow existing accounts, focusing on maximizing revenue in the pharmaceutical sector.

- **Build Customer Relationships:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors and pharmacists, to effectively present our products and understand their needs.

- **Conduct Market Research:** Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for product promotion and sales enhancement.

- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Actively work towards meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals, ensuring that performance aligns with company objectives.

- **Provide Product Training:** Offer training and support to your sales team to ensure they understand product features and benefits, enabling them to effectively communicate with clients.
