Key Responsibilities:
1. **Flight Preparation**: Assist in preparing the aircraft for flights, including checking luggage and ensuring passenger safety protocols are followed.
2. **Passenger Handling**: Help passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage claim, providing excellent customer service throughout their experience.
3. **Coordination with Team**: Work closely with other team members like baggage handlers and flight crew to ensure smooth operations and timely departures.
4. **Emergency Procedures**: Stay informed and ready to implement safety protocols during emergencies, ensuring passenger and crew safety at all times.
5. **Reporting Issues**: Identify and report any issues or delays to supervisors, maintaining clear communication to facilitate quick solutions.
