* Provide in office technical support for client hardware, software, POS systems, and networking issues.

* Unbox, install, mount, configure, and set up POS machines and related equipment at customer locations.

* Install and configure Windows OS and troubleshoot basic Windows/Linux operating system issues.

* Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, barcode scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers, and other POS peripherals.

* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

* Troubleshoot physical connectivity issues, faulty hardware components, and local power supply problems.

* Perform basic network troubleshooting, including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, and connectivity issues.

* Lay, crimp, terminate,



and patch Ethernet/network cables as required.

* Conduct testing after installation or repair to ensure all POS equipment and peripherals are working properly.

* Respond to customer service requests and resolve technical issues promptly.
