Responsibilities
Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes to enhance production output and product quality.
Lead the industrialization process for new products, including budgeting, timeline management, plant layout design, machine installation, testing, and production rollout.
Apply engineering techniques such as MOST and PMTS to optimize operational sequences and time standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to align manufacturing strategies with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental practices.
Manage change management processes effectively, adapting to evolving business needs and market trends.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Management or a related field.
Minimum 10-15 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years of experience heading the ME function in a similar setup.
Excellent knowledge of engineering processes, tools, and design, including fixtures design and assembly process.
Proficiency in using engineering techniques like MOST and PMTS for process optimization.
