About The Role

We are looking for an experienced OnBase Engineer with 3–5 years of experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Hyland OnBase. The role focuses on designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting enterprise document management and workflow solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize document-driven processes and integrations.

Job Description

The role involves developing and maintaining OnBase document management and workflow solutions, including document types, keyword types, lifecycles, queues, security, and workflow configurations. The engineer will translate business requirements into technical solutions and support workflow automation across enterprise processes.

The position also involves integrating OnBase with external systems such as ERP, CRM, databases, and APIs. You will troubleshoot system and performance issues, support upgrades and patches, maintain technical documentation, and help ensure compliance with retention, audit,



and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain Hyland OnBase document management solutions.
Develop and support OnBase workflows for business process automation.
Configure document types, keyword types, lifecycles, queues, security, and workflow rules.
Implement timers, notifications, conditional routing, document capture, indexing, and storage strategies.
Integrate OnBase with ERP, CRM, databases, and APIs.
Develop and maintain Unity Scripts, WorkView objects, and OnBase configurations.
Troubleshoot document, workflow, and performance issues and support system upgrades and patches.
Create technical documentation and provide user support and training.
