We are looking for a creatively driven and experienced Art Director to lead branding, packaging, visual identity, and brand communication projects from concept through final execution. The ideal candidate will combine solid conceptual thinking with refined design sensibility and the ability to translate brand strategy into distinctive, commercially relevant visual experiences.
This role is suited to a creative leader who can remain hands-on with design while guiding designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a high standard of creative excellence across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead creative direction across branding, packaging, visual identity, campaigns, and brand communicationprojects.
Develop compelling creative concepts based on client briefs, brand strategy, consumer insights, and market positioning.




Translate strategic objectives into cohesive and distinctive visual identities and design systems.
Conceptualize and oversee brand identities, logo systems, packaging, typography, colour systems, brand guidelines, campaign visuals, and retail applications.
Guide designers through ideation, design development, iterations, and final execution.
Review creative output and provide clear, constructive feedback to maintain quality and consistency.
Ensure strong visual consistency across all brand and communication touchpoints.
Present creative concepts and articulate the strategic and creative rationale to clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with strategy, copy, client servicing, production, and other creative teams.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality, and creative standards.
Oversee final artwork, mock-ups, print production, and packaging execution.
