About the Team
The Branch Head (HYD) – Health & Benefits will lead the H&B; business for the branch with full accountability for P&L;, driving sustainable revenue growth, client retention, and portfolio expansion.
This role combines robust business development capabilities with deep consultative expertise, positioning WTW as a trusted advisor to clients.



The role holder will be responsible for growing the client portfolio through new client acquisition, expanding existing relationships via cross-line and advisory-led solutions, and building a high-performing, client-centric team aligned to WTW’s values and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver the branch P&L; for the Health & Benefits business, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost discipline.
Drive new business acquisition through consultative selling, leveraging WTW’s differentiated advisory, analytics, and broking capabilities.
Build a strong and sustainable pipeline, ensuring disciplined pursuit and conversion of opportunities.
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand WTW’s presence within the region.
Contribute to overall India H&B; growth strategy in alignment with regional and global priorities.
