Role Overview





We are seeking an experienced and business-minded legal professional to join the organization as Associate General Counsel. This role will partner closely with business and functional leaders to provide practical, proactive legal advice that supports strategic priorities while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The Associate General Counsel will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal and regulatory risk, strengthening governance frameworks, and advising on the legal implications of key business decisions.
