Tynari is building an AI-powered Print-on-Demand platform that connects sellers and creators with printing, manufacturing and fulfilment partners.
We are looking for a Vendor Outreach Executive who will be responsible for reaching out to potential suppliers, introducing Tynari, conducting calls and building initial supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential printing, manufacturing and fulfilment partners through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Introduce Tynari and explain the supplier partnership chance.
Speak with vendors to understand their interest and willingness to work with Tynari.
- Conduct initial supplier calls and schedule further discussions where required.
- Follow up with interested vendors and maintain regular communication.
- Share required information, collect basic commercial details and coordinate with the internal team.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, follow-ups and vendor status in the CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to move interested vendors towards onboarding.
What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, B2B sales, business development, vendor outreach or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business owners/vendors.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills (Tamil is a plus).
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to handle rejection.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets or Excel.
- Experience in printing, manufacturing, ecommerce or vendor-related businesses is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
Someone who is confident on the phone, persistent with follow-ups and can clearly communicate Tynari's value proposition to suppliers.
You will be provided with the supplier leads and outreach information. Your responsibility is to turn those leads into meaningful conversations and interested vendor partnerships.
