Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging UPSC classes for Prelims and Mains.
Prepare and deliver high-quality lectures and study material.
Develop MCQs, Mains questions, answer-writing exercises and tests.
Explain concepts using current examples and relevant case studies.
Evaluate students' answers and provide actionable feedback.
Mentor students and track their academic progress.
Stay updated with UPSC syllabus, examination trends, PYQs and current affairs.
Contribute to test series, revision programs and academic content.
Guide students on answer writing, time management and examination strategy.
Candidate Requirements
Strong command over the relevant UPSC subject.
Excellent teaching and presentation skills.
Understanding of the UPSC CSE syllabus and examin
