Role Description The Sales Executive role at Bajaj Finserv is a full-time, in office position based in Belgaum. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective and existing customers, and promoting Bajaj Finserv’s lending, insurance, and wealth advisory products. Daily activities include meeting customers, understanding their financial needs,



explaining product features and benefits, and guiding them through the application and onboarding processes. The role involves achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining accurate documentation and records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and high-quality customer service. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, participate in local marketing initiatives, and provide feedback to enhance products and processes.
Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, present solutions clearly, and close deals effectively.
Customer relationship management capabilities, including active listening, empathy, and a focus on delivering excellent service and follow-up.
