Role Description The Human Resources Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dwarka. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation across the organization. They will oversee HR documentation, compliance, and HRIS data, while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and local regulations. The Human Resources Manager will partner with leadership to identify workforce needs, support learning and development initiatives, and drive a positive, inclusive workplace culture. They will also handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
