The Principal – Academic Operations will be responsible for leading and managing the overall academic operations of the PW Vidyapeeth centre in Warangal. The role will ensure high-quality academic delivery for JEE, NEET, and Foundation programs, maintain academic discipline, drive faculty performance, and ensure solid student learning outcomes in alignment with PW pedagogy and standards.
The Principal will work closely with the academic, business, and central teams to ensure smooth centre operations, student satisfaction, faculty effectiveness, and academic excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership & Planning
Lead the overall academic operations of the Warangal centre.
Prepare and monitor annual, monthly, and weekly academic plans for JEE/NEET/Foundation batches.
Ensure timely syllabus completion as per the academic calendar.
Plan and monitor lecture schedules, faculty timetables, classroom allocation, revision plans, and test schedules.
Ensure effective implementation of academic calendars and academic processes.




Faculty Management & Classroom Delivery
Lead, manage, and mentor the academic faculty team.
Monitor faculty performance, lecture quality, punctuality, syllabus coverage, and adherence to academic plans.
Conduct regular faculty reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
Ensure effective execution of lectures, doubt sessions, revision classes, and mentoring sessions.
Identify faculty-related gaps and take corrective action in coordination with the central academic team.
Assessments & Academic Processes
Plan and oversee unit tests, part tests, grand tests, mock examinations, and other assessments.
Ensure timely availability and distribution of DPPs, assignments, study materials, test papers, and solutions.
Monitor test conduct, evaluation, result publication, and academic analysis.
Ensure standardisation and compliance of academic processes across all batches.
