Job Title: Content Creator (Video Presenter)

Key Responsibilities
● Act as the face of the company for promotional and educational video content.
● Create engaging video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
● Explain IT courses, career opportunities, and learning paths in a simple and engaging manner.
● Present promotional campaigns, student success stories, workshops, events, and company updates through videos.
● Collaborate with the Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Video Editing teams to plan and execute content strategies.
● Stay updated with the latest social media trends and create relevant, high-performing content and contribute ideas to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
● Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative marketing campaigns and prepare scripts and deliver them confidently on camera.




● Ensure consistency in brand messaging and maintain a professional on-camera presence.

Requirements
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
● Solid verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
● Creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
● Basic understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
● Ability to simplify technical concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand videos.
● Good coordination and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
● Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
● 1–3+ years of experience in content creation, video presenting, anchoring, or influencer marketing.
● Experience creating educational or promotional video content will be an added advantage.
