Job Description

Provides overall strategic and commercial leadership for Rexel’s sales operations across the South region. The role is accountable for driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding market share, and delivering profitability in the electrical distribution business. It involves leading the regional sales organization, setting sales direction in alignment with business objectives, and ensuring strong execution across key accounts, contractor engagement, channel partners,



and territory coverage.

The Regional Head is responsible for building and maintaining high-value customer relationships, identifying current business opportunities, strengthening market positioning, and ensuring effective pricing, pipeline, and forecast management. The role also includes coaching and developing the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as operations, product, marketing, and management to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualify prospective customers through active listening and asking probing questions to uncover their overall fit as per policy and guidelines.
