Z47 (formerly Matrix Partners India) is a venture capital firm established by former founders and operators, with a goal to help catalyse India's transformation into a developed nation by 2047. ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking to add an enterprising team member to our Corporate Development team. The function is responsible for key strategic activities relating to capital raising, M&A;, exits and partnerships for our portfolio companies — transaction ideation and execution in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

The role offers the prospect to work with, and strengthen relationships with, some of the most prestigious companies in India. It is designed as a 2–3 year, pre-MBA/MS experience, with placement at Analyst or Senior Analyst level based on fitment. Candidates who are already MBAs will be evaluated for an Associate-level fitment, joining as a Senior Analyst with a fast-tracked path to Associate.
