Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor role based at Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College in Chennai. The Career Counselor will guide learners on academic and career pathways, including higher education options, internships, and employment opportunities aligned with their strengths and interests. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions,



organizing career awareness workshops, supporting campus placement activities, and collaborating with faculty and recruiters to enhance career readiness. The role also involves maintaining accurate counseling records, developing career resources, and monitoring learner progress to provide ongoing support and follow-up.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Career Counseling, Student Counseling, and learner guidance.
