Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolhapur, responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for Purple MicroPort Cardiovascular products within the assigned territory.



The role includes managing relationships with hospitals, cardiologists, and key healthcare stakeholders, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and supporting clinical teams during product evaluations and procedures as needed. The Area Sales Manager will plan and execute territory sales strategies, monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives. This position involves regular field visits, identifying current business opportunities, managing distributor or channel partner relationships where applicable, and providing timely reporting and market insights to the leadership team. The role also includes ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards while representing the company at conferences, workshops, and professional events.
