Mansa Jewellery is Hiring | Jewellery Designer
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Jewellery Designer to join the Mansa team.
Mansa is a growing fine jewellery brand, and we’re looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up, someone creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
What you’ll be doing:
• Designing original fine jewellery pieces and collections that reflect Mansa’s aesthetic
• Developing concepts from initial sketches through to production
• Working closely with CAD designers, craftsmen, and manufacturing partners
• Researching gemstones, materials, design trends, and new techniques
• Reviewing samples and prototypes and ensuring the final pieces meet our quality standards
• Collaborating closely with the founder on recent collections, custom pieces, and special projects
What we’re looking for:
• Prior experience in jewellery design, preferably in fine jewellery
• A strong portfolio showcasing original jewellery designs
• Strong understanding of jewellery construction, proportions, gemstones, diamonds, and precious metals
• Good knowledge of the jewellery manufacturing process
• A refined eye for detail, aesthetics, and craftsmanship
• Someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership in a startup environment
• Most importantly, someone who is genuinely passionate about jewellery and wants to create pieces that feel distinctive and meaningful
