Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Palghat. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including handling employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. The Human Resources Executive will support employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining HR policies,
coordinating performance review processes, assisting with recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards.
