The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for effective territory coverage, sales planning, customer relationship management, pipeline development, accurate forecasting, and timely conversion of business opportunities. The role serves as a key point of contact for customers and healthcare stakeholders within the assigned territory, including surgeons, KOLs, hospitals, procurement teams, and channel partners. The Territory Sales Manager is also responsible for identifying current business opportunities, strengthening existing accounts, supporting product evaluation and clinical adoption, and providing regular updates to management on territory performance, pipeline, market trends, and customer developments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve assigned revenue, growth, and market share targets.
Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned Hyderabad territory.




Identify and develop new customers, hospitals, accounts, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, KOLs, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and other key healthcare stakeholders.
Conduct regular customer and hospital visits to understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
Support product demonstrations, evaluations, trials, and clinical adoption within hospitals and OT environments.
Develop and maintain strategic account plans for key government and private hospital accounts.
Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and channel partners within the assigned territory.
Monitor distributor performance, product availability, stock levels, order generation, and customer fulfilment.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up and conversion of business opportunities.
