ASL Solutions Tech Private Limited is looking for an experienced and technically strong Tech Head / Head of Engineering who can lead our technology team and take ownership of multiple existing and upcoming digital products.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete technology team
Take ownership of architecture, development, deployment and maintenance
Plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously
Guide Node.js, PHP/Laravel, React and Mobile App developers
Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards
Design scalable, secure and high-performance systems
Manage APIs, databases, servers and third-party integrations
Implement proper Git, CI/CD, testing and deployment processes
Improve application and server security
Handle production issues and ensure system stability
Estimate project timelines and allocate developers effectively
Recruit,



mentor and evaluate technical team members
Work closely with Management/CEO on technology strategy and product roadmap
Required Eligibility
7+ years of overall software development experience preferred
2+ years in a Tech Lead / Engineering Lead / Technical Manager role
Strong knowledge of Node.js / JavaScript / TypeScript
Good understanding of PHP / Laravel
Strong experience with React.js and REST APIs
Strong knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL and database architecture
Experience with AWS/Cloud, Linux servers, Nginx, Git and CI/CD
Understanding of Redis, caching, queues and scalable architecture
Robust knowledge of API security, authentication, authorization and application security
Experience handling production applications and high-volume systems
Ability to manage and mentor a team of developers
Strong debugging, problem-solving and project-management skills
Fintech / Payment / Banking API / High-Transac
