Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Punjab, India. The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, serve as the primary point of contact, and ensure that services are delivered in line with client expectations and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client communications, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking project progress. The role also involves preparing reports, monitoring performance metrics,
