Aditek Systems Private Limited is looking for experienced and result-oriented Technical & Non-Technical Bidders to join our growing team.

We are especially interested in professionals who are currently working and have hands-on experience in online bidding, client acquisition, proposal creation, and business development.

Position

Technical Bidder / Non-Technical Bidder

Who We’re Looking For :

· Professionals currently working in a company and looking for a better career opportunity
· Candidates with experience in online bidding and lead generation
· Good understanding of B2B client acquisition
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to prepare qualified proposals and quotations
· Experience with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or similar bidding platforms is an advantage
· 3–5 years of professional experience working with a company is required.
· Freelance experience will not be considered for this position.





Technical Bidder – Preferred Skills

· Ability to understand technical requirements and prepare suitable proposals
· Coordinate with technical teams to create accurate project responses
· Experience in IT/Software service bidding is preferred

Non-Technical Bidder – Preferred Skills

· Strong proposal writing and client communication skills
· Lead generation and business development experience
· Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and research relevant project opportunities
· Submit customized and compelling proposals
· Communicate with potential clients
· Understand project requirements and prepare responses
· Follow up with prospects and manage leads
· Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions
· Maintain bidding and lead-generation reports
· Achieve monthly bidding and conversion targets
