Key Responsibilities
Prepare, monitor, and present the CP Dashboard to senior management.
Analyze and update Channel Partner (CP) norms based on business performance and approved business requirements.
Perform BEAT Plan analysis using the latest three months (L3M) sales data and recommend beat optimization.
Manage and maintain the Sales Force Automation (SFA) Master with high accuracy.
Process and monitor CP-wise primary scheme article reimbursements.
Ensure timely implementation and communication of norm updates across all Channel Partners.
Analyze scheme article requirements based on replenishment trends and sales projections to support procurement planning.
Prepare and circulate BE-wise Secondary Target vs. Achievement reports across all zones for Sales Coordinators, Territory Managers, and senior leadership.
Prepare and circulate BE-wise Focus Product Target vs. Achievement reports across all zones.
Calculate and validate Corporate Orders accurately within defined timelines.
Generate L3M No Billing Outlet Reports, identify inactive outlets, and recommend corrective actions,



including beat restructuring or Territory Manager intervention.
Monitor Zone-wise and BE-wise outlet counts, highlighting territories with fewer than 250 active outlets.
Ensure timely party mapping with the respective Distributor whenever a Distributor is marked inactive and monitor completion on a daily basis.
Prepare and analyze current party addition reports (excluding replacement parties) to evaluate focus market performance.
Ensure data integrity, timely reporting, and continuous process improvements across all sales operational activities.
Lead and mentor the CRM/Sales Operations team while driving productivity, accountability, and performance.
Collaborate effectively with Sales, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Experience
8–10 years of relevant experience in CRM, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, MIS, or Sales
