Role Description The PSSR (Product Support Sales Representative) is a full time role responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers using GMMCO’s construction, mining, and power systems equipment. Based in Tiruchirappalli in a hybrid arrangement,



the role involves regular on-site customer visits as well as some work-from-home for planning, reporting, and coordination. Day-to-day activities include understanding customer operations and service needs, promoting product support solutions such as parts, maintenance contracts, and repair options, and ensuring timely resolution of service issues. The PSSR will track equipment performance, prepare proposals and quotations, coordinate with service and parts teams, and maintain accurate customer and sales records. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, supporting product demonstrations, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders to improve offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications

Strong customer relationship management and consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer operations and recommend suitable product support solutions.
