As we grow our team, we are looking for an energetic and people-focused HR & People Operations Executive who can help us build a strong team, improve employee experience and create a positive startup culture.
Role Overview
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of both recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.
You will work closely with the founders and team leads to understand hiring requirements, find the right candidates, onboard recent employees and ensure employees have a smooth and positive experience within the organization.
This is a hands-on startup HR role where you will get the opportunity to build HR processes from the ground up.




Key Responsibilities? Recruitment & Hiring
Understand hiring requirements from founders and department/team leads.
Create and publish job descriptions across LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels.
Source and shortlist relevant candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups.
Manage offer and joining processes.
Build a talent pipeline for technical and non-technical positions.
Help improve hiring turnaround time and candidate experience.
? Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding.
Prepare and coordinate offer letters, appointment letters and HR documentation.
Conduct employee induction and explain company policies and processes.
Coordinate employee exit formalities, clearance and documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records.
