As the Director of Content & Narrative, you will transform complex ideas into compelling stories that resonate with enterprise decision-makers, industry analysts, media, clients, and future talent. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who combines strategic thinking with exceptional writing and storytelling craft.

Key Responsibilities

Narrative Development & Thought Leadership

Develop compelling, emotionally resonant narratives that shape market perception of Ascendion.
Create high-impact content including industry reports, whitepapers, keynote narratives, research-based insights, storyboards,



and executive thought leadership.
Identify emerging trends and translate them into differentiated points of view.
Collaborate with senior executives, subject matter experts, and delivery leaders to transform expertise into market influence.
Build and maintain a consistent narrative framework that reinforces Ascendion's position as an AI-native software engineering leader.

Website & Brand Storytelling

Own and evolve the written narrative across all Ascendion digital properties.
Partner with marketing, design, and digital teams to bring fact-based brand stories to life.
Continuously enhance website content, solution pages, campaign landing pages, microsites, and related digital assets.
Ensure every digital touchpoint reflects a transparent, differentiated, and cohesive brand voice and story.
