The role will be responsible for identifying AI opportunities across functions, coordinating with business teams, and supporting the development and implementation of AI-led solutions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential AI use cases across business and support functions to improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and automation opportunities.
Support the development and execution of AI initiatives from concept to implementation.
Coordinate with internal teams, technology partners, and vendors for timely delivery of AI projects.
Prepare business requirement documents, process notes, project trackers, and implementation updates.
Monitor progress of AI initiatives and ensure completion as per defined timelines.
Assist in evaluating AI tools, platforms, and solutions suitable for business requirements.
Ensure proper documentation,



governance, and stakeholder sign-offs during project execution.
Track benefits, adoption, and effectiveness of implemented AI solutions.
Support change management, user training, and communication for AI adoption.
Required Skills and Competencies
Basic to good understanding of Artificial Intelligence, automation, analytics, and digital transformation.

Ability to identify business problems and convert them into AI or automation opportunities.
