Role Description The BIM Architect will work full time on-site in Mumbai, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to develop and manage Building Information Models across project phases. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating architectural drawings and construction documentation, coordinating BIM workflows, and ensuring model accuracy and compliance with firm standards.



The role involves integrating design intent into detailed BIM models, preparing submittals and technical packages, and supporting clash detection and design coordination with multidisciplinary teams. The BIM Architect will also assist in implementing best practices for BIM processes, contribute to quality control, and help optimize project delivery through productive digital design methods.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture, including design principles and spatial planning.
Ability to develop and interpret Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for various project stages.
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience in authoring and managing BIM models.
Experience preparing and reviewing Submittals and other technical documentation for coordination with consultants and contractors.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or progress toward l
