Role Description The Back Office Executive role at Karizma Konnect is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the executive will handle routine administrative and data-management tasks, including data entry, document preparation, record maintenance, and updating internal systems. The position involves coordinating with internal teams, managing emails and basic correspondence, supporting reporting and documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of information.



The executive will also assist in organizing files, preparing simple reports, following established processes, and maintaining confidentiality of all business-related data. This role requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to company policies, and reliable support to front-end and operations teams.
Qualifications
Strong skills in data entry, record-keeping, and document management, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email, and basic database or ERP systems).
Good written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and qualified correspondence.
