If you’re an experienced customer-facing trainer who enjoys working directly with customers, adapting your approach in the moment and making complex software easy to understand, this could be a great fit. As a Training Specialist II, you’ll deliver product and process training to a diverse customer audience, including administrators, executive assistants, directors and committee members. You’ll manage customer training engagements, deliver around 3–4 sessions a day, build strong customer relationships and take ownership of training programmes from planning through delivery and follow-up. Your ability to think on your feet, communicate confidently and use real-world training experience to solve customer needs will be key to your success.

Deliver engaging customer-facing product and process training across individual, group, virtual and in-person formats, typically delivering around 3–4 sessions per day.
Own customer training programmes and engagements end to end,



including planning, scheduling, preparation, delivery and follow-up.
Adapt your training approach in real time when customer needs, audience expectations or session priorities change.
Build trusted relationships with customers and confidently train administrators, executive assistants, directors and committee members.
Customize existing training materials and modules when required, including PowerPoint presentations and training documentation.
Contribute to a proactive training culture by identifying training opportunities, maintaining quality standards and collaborating with global Training and Customer Success teams.
