Role Description
This full-time Performance Marketing role is an in office position based in Chandigarh. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include analyzing campaign data, conducting market and audience research, managing budgets, and coordinating with sales and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. The individual will create and refine marketing strategies, track key performance metrics, and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders and support customer-focused campaigns.
Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to design data-driven, high-impact performance marketing initiatives.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to understand conversion funnels and collaborate effectively with revenue-focused teams.
Candidates should possess proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), campaign analytics, and basic SEO/SEM concepts.
Candidates should possess the ability to interpret data, use marketing analytics tools, and present insights clearly to cross-functional teams.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, and prior experience in performance or digital marketing, are preferred.
