​Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

​As a Social Media & Brand Marketing Executive, you will manage Swarn Dhaaga’s social media presence across platforms, overseeing content planning, scheduling, engagement, and community management. You will develop and execute brand campaigns, collaborate closely on photo and video shoots, and ensure that all visual and written content seamlessly aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and values.

​This role involves tracking performance metrics, analyzing audience insights,



and supporting digital promotions to drive brand awareness and sales. You will work hand-in-hand with the design, sales, and operations teams to maintain consistent messaging across all online and offline channels.

​Qualifications & Requirements

​Strategic Marketing: Proven capability in market planning, campaign execution, and market research to understand consumer preferences, emerging trends, and competitive positioning.

​Communication & Storytelling: Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling brand narratives and engage meaningfully with audiences across digital channels.

​Sales & Growth Orientation: Commercial awareness to support promotional activities and translate social engagement into brand growth and conversions.
