Role Description The Field Technical Qualified is a full-time, hybrid role based in Uttar Pradesh, India, with some flexibility for work from home. This role involves providing on-site technical support for installed equipment, conducting inspections, and performing routine maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, documenting service activities,



and preparing technical reports. The role also requires coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex problems, supporting installation and commissioning tasks, and offering clear guidance to customers on product usage and best practices. The Field Technical Professional will interact regularly with clients to address service requests, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold company quality and safety standards.
