About the Team
The Health & Benefits Advisory team in India partners with organizations to design sustainable, competitive, and employee‑centric benefits solutions aligned to business and talent priorities. The team brings deep expertise across advantages strategy, wellness, and risk advisory, working closely with broking and global specialists to deliver integrated, insight‑led outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Strategic Consulting Leadership Serve as the lead benefits advisor for large and strategically important clients across sectors, including MNCs, GCCs, BFSI, Technology, Manufacturing, and Services. Advise clients on end-to-end benefits strategy, including health insurance and risk benefits design, flexible benefits and total rewards optimization, wellness and wellbeing strategy, cost governance, risk management, and sustainability of benefit programs. Ensure alignment of India benefits programs with global rewards philosophy and governance frameworks. Translate client business strategy, workforce demographics, and talent priorities into differentiated, data-backed benefits solutions. Lead executive-level discussions and present recommendations to CHROs, CFOs, country CEOs, and global rewards leaders.
