Role Description The Project Head – Sales will lead the end-to-end sales function for designated real estate projects, ensuring sales targets are met and revenue goals are achieved. This full-time, on-site role in Anekal includes planning and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and overseeing the entire customer journey from initial inquiry to closing. Responsibilities include conducting site visits with potential buyers, presenting project features and pricing, negotiating terms, and coordinating with marketing to drive qualified leads.



The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and collaborating with project, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth handovers and high customer satisfaction. The Project Head – Sales will represent Alcove Properties professionally, maintaining strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Solid sales leadership experience in real estate or related industries, with a track record of achieving or exceeding project sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to present projects clearly and build trust.
Experience in sales planning, pipeline management, and performance reporting, including the use of CRM and sales analytics tools.
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team, including coaching, setting goals, and monitoring performance.
