The individual will work closely with the Service Delivery Executive, Providers and Supporting teams to ensure all service standards are met or exceeded.nnKey Roles and Responsibilities:nn * Accountable for operational escalations on centralized IT delivery.n * Work with relevant stakeholders on centralized delivery adherence to ITIL processes and functions adherence such as, but not limited to Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, Change Management, Problem Management and Technology Lifecycle Managementn * Operational sign-off of centralized delivery during regional service transition and activation.n * Coordination of centralized operational activities to remediate regional operational risks.n * Drive operational teams to deliver against SLAs and monitor overall case backlogs through real-time dashboards.n * Review operational reports analysis and recommendations for Availability, Capacity and Performance Management as well as Technology lifecycle managementn * Provide operational input to capacity planning requirementsn * Work with SDEProviders and automation teams to identify new automations to drive operational efficienciesn * Assists in co-ordination of smart hands and delivery provider where required.n * Represent interests in Group and Regional IT CAB.n * Work in conjunction with Regional Information Security Officer to assess, prioritize, schedule the execution of patching required as part of vulnerability management. n * Reviews all tickets daily to identify any issues and initiate any Service Improvement Plans where required.nnnnExperience, Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:nn * 3-5 Years of hands-on experience in a similar rolen * At least 5 years of experience in IT service delivery management for large multinational.
