- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a focus on rotating equipment in the oil and energy sector

- Strong understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams
- Project management experience is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
