Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and helping coordinate onboarding and orientation for new members and volunteers. Responsibilities include supporting HR policy implementation, compiling HR data and reports,



and responding to basic HR-related queries in alignment with organizational guidelines. The intern will also help organize virtual training sessions, support employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to process documentation and improvement. This is a remote internship role, offering hands-on exposure to nonprofit HR operations and the opportunity to contribute to SWF’s mission.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
Candidates should possess basic competencies in Personnel Management and employee record keeping.
Candidates should possess strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
