Role Description The Head of Marketing is a full time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution for Assiduus Global. This role oversees brand positioning, demand generation, and go-to-market plans across key geographies and marketplaces, in close collaboration with sales, product, and operations teams. Daily responsibilities include developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns, guiding market research initiatives, optimizing performance across digital and offline channels, and ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints. The Head of Marketing will manage and mentor a marketing team, coordinate with external agencies and partners, track and report on key marketing metrics, and continuously refine strategies based on data and market feedback.
