Role Description This is a full-time, in office Dance Instructor role based in Mumbai. The Dance Instructor will lead group dance fitness sessions, demonstrating choreography, guiding participants through routines, and ensuring correct technique and safe movement. Responsibilities include planning class formats, curating music playlists, adapting routines for different fitness levels, and maintaining high energy and engagement throughout sessions. The role also involves providing constructive feedback, tracking participant progress,



and collaborating with the local team to support class schedules, events, and member engagement. Instructors are expected to uphold Curefit’s standards of professionalism, punctuality, and member care.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Dance Instruction and Dance Education, with experience leading structured classes or workshops.
Candidates should possess practical abilities in Teaching and Dance, including demonstrating choreography and adapting routines to varied fitness levels.
Candidates should possess a good sense of Music, including rhythm, timing, and playlist creation that supports high-energy sessions.
Prior experience as a dance or fitness instructor in studio, gym, or group class environments is highly beneficial.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage diverse participant groups.
