Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end mechanical assembly production to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity targets.
Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.
Ensure production readiness by coordinating manpower, materials, machines, tools, and documentation.
Manage production activities for mechanical assembly stations, including enclosure assembly, sub-assembly, final assembly, and packaging.
Monitor production KPIs such as OEE, FPY, UPH, productivity, on-time delivery, and line efficiency.
Optimize manpower allocation, line balancing, and workstation ergonomics to maximize throughput.
Coordinate with Planning, SCM, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Test, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and waste reduction.
Lead root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D)



and implement CAPA for production and quality issues.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, SOPs, IPC standards, ESD, and EHS requirements.
Manage engineering changes (ECN/ECR), production ramp-up, and NPI builds with minimal disruption to ongoing production.
Review production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time.
Develop team competency through training, skill matrix management, performance reviews, and operator certification.
Support customer visits, audits, validation builds, and production readiness reviews while ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
Prepare and present daily production reports, KPI dashboards, action plans, and continuous improvement updates to management.
