About the Role
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager / Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our e-commerce business and drive online revenue, brand growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing and growing an e-commerce/D2C brand and should be comfortable working across multiple digital channels while coordinating with internal teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce & Brand Management
Own the overall e-commerce strategy, sales, revenue, and growth targets.
Manage the complete online presence across website, marketplaces, and digital channels.
Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, offers, seasonal promotions, and sales calendars.
Monitor product performance, pricing, inventory, conversion, AOV, and overall customer journey.
Conduct market, competitor, product, and customer research to identify growth opportunities.

Performance Marketing
Plan, monitor,



and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads in coordination with the performance marketing team.
Track ROAS, CAC, conversion, revenue contribution, and campaign performance.
Ensure marketing budgets are aligned with business and revenue objectives.

SEO & Organic Growth
Drive the overall e-commerce SEO strategy for website and product/category pages.
Coordinate with the SEO and content teams to improve organic visibility, traffic, and revenue.

Marketplace Management
Manage and grow the brand across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, and other relevant marketplaces.
Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, marketplace advertising, rankings, ratings, reviews, and sales performance.
Identify new marketplace opportunities and improve marketplace revenue.

Website & Conversion
Manage the e-commerce website and ensure products, collections, offers, campaigns, and content are updated.
