Role Description The Category Growth Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for driving growth and performance across key product and service categories at RWA.



The role involves developing and executing category strategies, monitoring category performance, and identifying opportunities to increase user engagement, revenue, and student outcomes. Day-to-day activities include analyzing data and market trends, collaborating with academic, marketing, and product teams, and optimizing offerings such as courses, test series, and study materials. The Category Growth Leader will manage relationships with internal and external partners, coordinate procurement for relevant content or services, and support contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms. The role also requires explicit communication of category plans and results to leadership, along with continuous improvement initiatives based on student feedback and competitive insights.
