Role Description The Business Development Associate – Agchem will support growth in the agrochemicals segment by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and assisting in the expansion of key accounts.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research on agrochemical products and competitors, generating and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering client presentations, and coordinating with internal technical and sales teams to align solutions with customer needs. The role also involves tracking sales pipelines, maintaining CRM data, contributing to proposals and commercial offers, and providing regular business performance updates to management. This is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and periodic client visits.
