Role Description The Senior Growth Marketing – Meta Ads role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns focused on performance and revenue growth for ecommerce clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include audience research, funnel design, creative and copy collaboration, bid and budget management, and ongoing A/B testing to improve conversion and ROI. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports and insights,



coordinating with sales and account teams, and aligning Meta ads strategies with broader digital and paid media initiatives. The Senior Growth Marketer will mentor junior team members and contribute to building best practices and playbooks for Meta advertising.
