Role Description The YouTube Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of of our YouTube channel network - both owned and operated channels.This role includes planning and scheduling content, coordinating with editorial, production, and marketing teams, and ensuring timely uploads and optimized metadata for all videos. The individual will monitor channel and video performance, analyze audience insights, and implement data-driven strategies to grow views, watch time, and subscriber base. They will manage rights, compliance, and content policies, including handling copyright, monetization settings, and adherence to platform guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with external partners, improving workflows, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting on channel operations.
Qualifications
Experience with YouTube channel management, including video uploads, playlists, metadata optimization, and basic YouTube Studio operations.
Skills in content planning and workflow coordination,



with the ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and work closely with editorial and production teams.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret YouTube Analytics, track KPIs, and translate data into actionable recommendations for growth.
Understanding of digital rights management, copyright, content policies, and monetization practices relevant to online video platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in documenting processes and preparing reports.
Familiarity with Indian news and entertainment content and comfort working across multiple Indian languages (fluency in at least one major Indian language plus English preferred).
Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving platform and business needs.
