Role Description The State Head (Telecom Industry Only) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This position oversees telecom-focused operations within the assigned state, including planning and executing sales strategies, driving business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and key clients.



The State Head will lead and mentor regional teams, monitor performance against targets, and coordinate cross-functional activities with operations, support, and product teams. Daily responsibilities include reviewing market trends, managing telecom and radio projects, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, and maintaining service quality standards. The role also involves regular reporting to senior leadership, budgeting and forecasting for the state, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the telecommunications domain, including telecom operations and radio technologies.
Proven project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor telecom-related initiatives.
