MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management,
Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, program management, or
manufacturing in the technology industry (servers, storage, and networking
equipment) and rack system integration.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Demonstrated expertise in supply chain logistics, compliance, and fulfillment
processes.
* Ability to apply AI acumen within a business operations framework on the
program manager ladder to drive organizational efficiency.
* Robust investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify
and resolve issues quickly.
* Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to
build relationships across functions and with external partners.
